Hi and welcome to YT. I would be worried about the wheezing. Sissy also had giardia with diarrhea and bloody stools and became dehydrated, but there was no wheezing involved. Sounds like it is possible there is an upper respiratory infection of some kind. Did he recently get any vaccines?
