No they sell others too. I have used my vet for over 8 years. She likes Heartguard /plus. She does not over charge. She even gives things to us free all the time. No charge for nail trims, no charge for office visit, and even free frontline plus once in a while. I'm not trying to be mean but If you love your babies you want the best for them Merial stands behind there products and will treat the animal if they get heartworms free of charge. as long as you keep them on it year round.
