This may sound crazy and may not be do-able, but do you think if you got him a playmate that he would still cry all day? Chloe cries for me but only when she is alone, like when I take her on errands or over to people's houses. The minute I am out of sight she gets anzy and cries for me. But at my house she could care less if I am gone becuase she has 2 other dogs to play with and entertain her.
