I give them 20 minutes. If they can't schedule any better than that, then they need some more help.

I have found, that if there are drug reps there then the waiting room fills up until you see the dressed up people come out carrying their bags, and then they start calling people back. So I don't schedule appointments at the times when the drug reps are allowed to be there.
