Poor little Bear It's not the end of the world...my parents' yorkie KoKo has luxating patella that has never required surgery. Her knees don't hurt her at the moment and she's 7 years old, so they feel that there's no need to put her through surgery at this time. Maybe this will be the same case for Little Bear. I hope he finds a great forever home. You should definately post him on the For Sale Forum. You will probably have better luck finding him a home from there.
