Green Cow Tripe Canned Dog Food ????
Hi I had heard of it but had never tried it until a few weeks ago but not with my dogs. I have a boarding client Yorkie that I have boarded whent he owner is away for about 5 years now. Once this Yorkie reached about 5 years of age, she was having a terrible problem with skin issues.
She is now on a diet that is working very well for her and the owner, with her holistic Vet recommendations, gives her some tripe twice a day with her meals. The dog went absolutely nuts over it and it seems to agree with her really well.
If you want to add this to your dogs diet, I would say go for it just not too much especially to start. The boarding yorkie got about 1" cube equivalent in her food.
Probably a 1/2 tsp blob is fine which is what you were saying you give them.
