For instance, if someone asked me what I did last night, I would say, "I watched TV 'N stuff 'N stuff." What do you think I am? Some sort of idoit or something? I say this in a Napoleon Dynamite-like voice when someone tries to tell me what to do and I already know how to do it.
Oh, and I REEEEEEEALLY overuse quotes from movies like: Napoleon Dynamite (i.e. "I wish you would get out of my life and shut-up.") Old School (i.e. when someone asks me what I'm doing this weekend, I'll say, "Well, um, actually a pretty nice little Saturday, we're going to go to Home Depot. Yeah, buy some wallpaper, maybe get some flooring, stuff like that. Maybe Bed, Bath, & Beyond, I don't know, I don't know if we'll have enough time.")
And my latest favorite, Talladega Nights (i.e. "Chip! I'm gonna come at you like a spider monkey!" and "I'm all jacked up on mountain dew!") |
Ha Ha, I love Old School quotes! My favorite is "It tastes so good when it hits your lips!" It can be used for any tasty beverage.
My friends and I tend to do Super Troopers lines to. I.e. "Do you know how fast you were going meow?" or "These boys get a little antsy in the pantsy"
And of course the Napoleon lines "Friggen Idoit!", "Gosh!" and "but my lips hurt real bad!"
In daily life I say Loves it, right on, I know right? whatev, yup yup, ya'll, fixin' (I'm fixin to start dinner), and sadly; Thats hot, all way too much!
