It was about Gov Landell (name and spelling...????) of Pennsylvania and what he is doing to get these millers stopped. He now has more Federal funding to bring people in to check these places out. Also talked about those petstores in the mall and if you buy from there, you are supporting them. And the Gov himself had rescued his Labs from a shelter that were orignially puppy millers. And the reporter who did the story also rescued on from there too.
