If the spot is still appearing under the black light... Then the stain is still there. Pour the stuff and let it soak down to the pad, then shampoo your carpets. If you got it all, when you turn on the black light it will be gone. If you didnt get it all, it will not be as bright... Then you have to retreat till its gone.
