my friend purchased a puppy locally for 3000.00, and 2 other of her friends purchased from the same breeder the same day, there puppies died 2 days after they brought them home,my friend had taken the 1st puppy back to the "breeder" it was ill, the breeder gave her another puppy from (another litter)..it got sick, she took the pup back to the breeder, and said this puppy is also sick, and wanted to get her money back , and purchase a healthy pup somewhere else, the woman gave her 200.00 back ( after alot of hassel, and told her if she sold the dog she would give her the other, 1000.00...and told her "she had new puppies, they were 4 weeks old"...but those puppies were not there when she got her pup, , and that would mean shes not a breeder..all those poor puppies, yorkie babies at 4 weeks thats just CRUEL>>>i will be getting the name and address of this woman, what can be done??? who do i call<???HELP> the puppies need helped..
