My girl had two really bad inguinal hernias fixed when she was only 12weeks. She did fine but I felt horrible as she had to really big incisions on both sides of her lower abdomen. She got spayed but not till she was about 13 motnhs old and that wasn't fun either. Best of luck to your baby.
