If you don't use it can you declare it off the road? In our county you get a sworn certificate, which declares the veichle off the road, then you dont pay any insurance,tax or anything.
If not,you could sell it and get a scooter,that way you would have your own mode of transport plus its so cheap, and if you want to go out with your partner take his car
