I found if I Comb out the hair first, then wash, then condition...THEN...AIR DRY...YES AIR DRY no blow drying.....then comb it out when completely dry...it is the SHINIEST AND SOFTEST EVER. I'm so glad to know it's ok to air dry. Even though I put the dryer on low heat, Lucy doesn't like it. I always wrap her in a towel, clean out her ears, and hold her for a little while before I blow dry her, but as soon as the dryer comes out she starts trembling. I'm going to try it your way at her next bath. I hate when she's afraid of something that has to be done.
