Take a dry washcloth, get a firm grip and gently try pulling them out BY the cord...if this does not work or it breaks it is not the end of the world..clamp and cut..a shot will expell the placenta's or they will come out with a massage or naturally..BUT you will be counting plancenta's so you will know if one is retained..just so she sees the vet witnin 24 hrs there is rarely a problem.

REmember..do nto pull by the pup..pull by holding on to the cord, inch it out
