I'm a firm believer in Vegetable or Olive oil. I have NEVER had a dog here that didn't get rid of flaking after I used it. It takes about a month to start seeing results.
I just use a tiy bit once or twice a day mixed in their food.
OH... pLus it seems to make the hair softer when growing in over the long haul
