I just got Stanley neutered last week. He didn't experience any diarrhea but he did throw up a few times...not anymore though..I also remember my vet telling me that if he throws up once or twice, he should be fine...sorry I can't be of much help, I hope Stewy feels better!! and don't worry, you did the right thing..there are more health benefits to get your baby neutered!
