thank you guys so much. no, we haven't gotten her yet. But this town....I don't know anyone here and I love these people. the ENTIRE neighborhood (not exaggerating at all!) was out looking for this baby! we've gotten endless calls "have you found her yet? we saw her over by ______. we're out looking for her." it's just incredible. there's one lady who has a yorkie too (there's A LOT of yorkies around here) and she saw Maddie down by this patch of woods. with a stream in the woods. I'm thrilled that there's a stream because maddie hasn't had anything to drink in HOURS AND HOURS. This woman's brother is going to be there until 3 am fishing and he's keeping an eye out for her. tomorrow the town should be busier. I know in my heart that we're going to find her, it's all a matter of waiting and that's the hardest part. Susan is renting a car and she's going home tomorrow (as is everyone else) but my mom and I are going to stay until Monday morning at least. (we haven't told Rhonda yet lol)
Tiger's Mom (Des) - I owe you so many thank you's I can't even tell you. the only way people have recognized Maddie is by her purple harness that is sure as heck taking a beating and still on her. they call and say, "I saw your dog, the one with the purple harness." you are a life saver.
we had gotten pictures of Maddie and there's flyers on every telephone pole, tree, you name it. we are going to find this little girl. I know it. |
