I like the idea of the freezer packs - haven't thought of that one!!

There is a yoga breath that is cooling, too. Open your lips to an "O" and put the tip of your tongue at the back of your upper teeth. Then breath in and out through your mouth slowly. This is a cooling breath and as dumb as it sounds, it will help to cool you down.

I am about to turn 45 but have been per-menopausal for about 5 years. I use Phytoprolief (a natural, bio-identical, plant-based progesterone/estrogen) by Arbonne. I swear by it!!! Don't have hot flashes during the day yet, but it has helped with the night sweats.
