I am so sorry you missed out on Beau BUT I am very sure that you will find the perfect little one to give all of the love to that you have stored up. It is heartbreaking to lose a pet or to lose out on one. These babies adapt so quickly when they go to a new home no matter what age they are. I have placed retired moms in pet homes and I ask the new parents to bring them back to see me but not for a month. I do not want to confuse the babies. I have not yet seen a Yorkie that didn't seem totally in love with their new mommie and daddy. So, no matter what age you get, you will find that it was meant to be.
