My heart breaks for you! I don't know how I would react in that situation and no matter how you feel or what you write, it comes from your heart and that's never wrong.
I'm sure the breeder is feeling horrible too and blaming herself for the accident. Take your time in healing. You will know when you are ready open your heart to another puppy. When the time comes, call the same breeder. I'm certain she will be more than happy to hear from you and it would help both of you heal from your terrible loss.
