She's probably not mad, but anxious. She is definately not doing it to get back at you or anything like that. Dogs don't think like that. She is probably just anxious to be alone. How old is she? Is the otherwise housetrained? Are you crate training? Have you tried kongs? Have you tried seeing a trainer?
