Buttercup is a little cutie. I know it does happen that people steal them from yards. I talked to a couple from a city near me and they had the same thing happen. They saw the people take her. They were an older couple, though not elderly, but they couldn't catch up to the car and get close enough to even see the tag before the car got out of sight. They reported it to the police and received no help. Anyway, that's what they told me.
