If you own your own home, the best thing to do is get an electric air filter on your furnace and a ultra violet light that kills viruses, bacteria, etc. they work great. I have them on my furnace at home because I have really bad allergies, sinsus, and asthma problems. They've made a world of difference. I work for a heating a cooling company so I can get them at cost and it was well worth it. Just a thought. You dont change any filters and it works great!! it comes on when the a/c and furnace comes on.
