It must be something down south going on cause I have the exact same thing going on here where I live (west central MS). My 13 year old got 4 off of him last week-end just from playing in the front yard, I pulled 4 or 5 off of Gage, and found one on me when I walked outside too close to the wood line in our yard! I told DH he needed to get the yard sprayed asap! So, he's sprayed it not once, but twice this week to try to kill them. And they are so small, you have to look twice to make sure if it's a tick or a speck of dirt!!! I hate them!
