i use tampax and it says cotton rayon mix, i did see on a tv show in the uk a doctor said if your going to use a tampon then use something like tampax with a applicator as the tampons with them dont contain something (cant remember what) that other tampons contain to keep them together and tight enough for a woman to insert them with her finger without bending, he said they cause tss more oftern.
