Well every 7 years you get "new" hair. It could be a completely different texture. It will fall out and the "new" hair could be thinner, thicker, shinier, ect.

If you exercise, it stimulates hair and growth because it gets the blood flowing. My hairdresser told me that! Also, get the split ends cut off to prevent breakage. You need healthy hair to get it long!
