Yes they shoud be square. The distance from the back of their heads to their tail should match the distance from the floor to their topline. Their toplines should be level front to back.
But puppies get kind of awkward looking as they grow, so they may look out of proportion from time to time.
The teady bear face is the longer nose, the babydoll face is the shorter nose.
Mine are sleeping right now so I can't measure them. If yours is 2 1/2 pounds at 4 1/2 months, she should be about 4 1/2 pounds full grown.
They fact of the matter is, she is what she is and you love her no matter what, so don't get hung up in the numbers.
