Yes, traffic is another issue. We live on a main street. We sit back from the road a bit, but I don't want him running around to the front. We have bigger dogs on both sides of us, but they won't be a problem. One is a yellow lab who is one of the best behaved dogs I've ever seen. She never leaves the yard unless they say it's okay for her to come over. So she'll come over to say "hi", she's so sweet. On the other side is a medium-sized dog, I'm not sure what he is. But, when they let him out, they tie him up on a runner and let him stay out for awhile. There's a fence to separate our yards, and he can't get past the fenced-in part. I just want Jake where I can see him at all times lol. And, of course, I'll always be out there with him.
