Amen!! I'm sure they would accept more funds if any wants to contribute.
Please don't judge them too hard for wanting fenced yards, they have to establish some standards to make sure the pets the adopt out go to a better life, and in their area, a fence is probably appropriate. We adopted our Goldie from a pet rescue facility, and we can never chain her. If we do, they have the right to take her back. Of course, we never do, and we've had her for 14 years now, she's a spry 15 year old & going strong
