ODORMUTE is a powder. it comes in a pink in white or purple and white box... I can't remember right now. You mix it with water . It is made for pet urine and such.
UGHHHHHHHHH Cement and vinyl are 2 of the hardest places to get the smell out of. You literally have to let it soak in and do it a bunch of days in a row.
Don't let an immediate result FOOL YOU.. if you don't do it right. it will creep back at you. Might take a day ,might take a week... but it WILL
