Every once in a while the boys will do this to each other...it's usually during play when one won't give up a toy, the one who wants the toy hops on then right back off and just stands there like...well?? I guess the other one was supposed to give up the toy?
We always say 'must be Jo's (or Riley's) turn to be boss!
