I am from Durant where the shelter is and it is a great place. They are really great. The thing about the fences is that we are a college town and they dont eant any og the dogs to get run over. They dont require you to have a fenced yard they just like it. I cnat believe that someone would have the heart to be so cruel to all of those little dogs. I would kill someone who did that if I knew I wouldnt go to jail.
