Default Percentages of genetic faults?

We get so many posts on YT regarding genetic diseases such as liver shunt, collapsing trachea, etc. I was wondering if these are really this prevalent in Yorkies, or if we just hear about them more often on YT. Does anyone know the percentages of these defects in the breed? For example, does liver shunt occur in 1 out of 100 births, etc.? I'm really curious about this. Thanks!
