Harness vest are all that I use on my girls. They are actually one of the only things that my llittle chihuahua Tinkerbell can not get out of. Harnesses are defiently the way to go when it comes to walking a dog and they are extremely sturdy and a lot more comfortable for dogs than collars. Collars can be soooo bad for a dogs neck, my parents dog has trachea problems becasue they used to use a collar on him.
And yes Harnesses come with a D-ring so you can put your tags on there.
