Okay, so Mia was scheduled to get spayed today, and things did not work out (which you can read about in a different forum). So, getting the package from our secret buddy brightened up our day. BUT, the reason I am telling you all this is because when we picked Mia up from the vet, she was already given some pre-surgery medicine, which made her lethargic. When she came home, she would not eat or drink water. I tried to give her some Nutri-cal but she turned away her head, which is something she never ever does. Here is the cool part though, when we opened up the box our secret buddy had sent, Mia gobbled up the cookie like she hasn't eaten anything in months!!! I was soooo happy to see her eating I almost cried. So, thanks again Connie and Maddie! Your gifts really made us happy!!
