Best of luck and I so hope things work out and you are able to get him. I agree with you and everyone else - he's probably just scared being in the shelter and what do they do when they are scared? They snap, bark, bite, whatever because they ARE so scared! I agree all that little fella needs is a whole lot of TLC - and you are just the one to give it to him
