But i'm addicted to the puff the putting to my lips thing but i heard they have these prtend cigs that help you quit like the patch and they are really cool mabey ask your doctor or check where they sell the patches and try them? (my mom likes sunflower seeds and big red gum no fat and fun) Also i always find it easier not to smoke right after i brush my teeth mabey brushing you teeth a everytime you have a craving help LOL |
