I got my baby from "Puppy Petite" aka "Puppy Boutique" without realizing it was a puppy mill until several friends told me about it. My Spikey has a slight trachea defect. It is slightly collapse thus making his barking sound like a soft "wuff wuff". But I don't have any regrets as he is the love of my life now!
