I don't really agree with the fence rule either. I have some of my puppies living in pricy apts, condo's on the beach and a few in NY city high rises...they do very well indoors. They can go to parks and for walks...I do not have a fence here in Flroida..I made a fenced play yard out of xpens on the patio..but if a person has young children some can get out the doors with the kids coming and going, so I would make a play yard around the door openings. |
