 Lillie's first vet visit
Morning All!
Lillie had her puppy check at the vets last night. Well, to say the least they ooooed and awwwwed over her and thought she was the most precious thing...Almost everything checked out for her...she is 8 1/2 weeks old and weight 1.8 lbs, heart good, knees..all the "inside stuff" good...one of her little eyes has a blood vessel that is very close to the surface..looks like it is on the outside of the eye...Vet said this would not be a problem as it isn't anywhere near her cornea. The breeder had been treating her for ear mites...My vet removed some stuff from her ears, tested it and came back with a yeast infection! My poor little girl! Maybe this is why she still scratches at her ears sometime. He gave me some meds for her ears and we go back in 2 weeks for a re-check...And....for the first time since Saturday (day of arrival) SHE SLEPT ALL NIGHT !!!!!!
