This is so sad and disgusting, simply.
I hope that this article will give light to those who aren't dog owners or aren't aware of puppy mills and abuse. This is serious and should be known by everyone, even if someone isn't interested in dogs. Abuse is terrible, in ANY form. The fact that they are dogs shouldn't make a difference. It's just as bad, to think of the aweful conditions these poor innocent animals have to live in.
It's incredibly depressing. The poor dogs are innocent.
