I'm an application designer/computer programmer for a very large candy company and my wife is a veterinary technician.
We are also breeders and boarders (only for puppies we have sold).
And we have a small list of clients that we provide in (their) home care for their dogs/cats when they are away. Depending on their needs my wife makes one to five trips to their home to feed and care (including insulin shots, putting the dogs out, etc) for their pets.
Finally we are parents to two teenage children, which as any parent will attest to, is a full time job in itself
