If you like real estate, you might like being a loan officer too. My husband is licensed (although he does something else) and I know the classes and exams weren't too bad. Just something else you might want to consider
Oh, another GOOD idea would be to get your LVN license.....MANY, MANY jobs and you wouldn't have to go to school for too long (if you're feeling more ambitious maybe get your nursing A.S.). Good luck with whatever you decide!
