Are the Genteel preservative free? I have extremely dry eye and have to use the drops so so often through out each day. My Opthamologist told me never to use those with preservatives. I easily spend $100.00 per month on the Bion Tears. The air conditioner and in the winter months the forced air heat just really do a number on my dry eye problem. I even went to the extreme of having the plugs put in

they didn't stay and came out

Hope she gets some help soon as eye problems and a rash like that can make one soooooo miserable. Glad she got an apointment with the Opthamologist.
