The Nutrical won't hurt her, it's perfectly safe. It's just to prevent her sugar from getting too low. Hypoglycemia can be VERY serious. You can also use Karo Syrup. Making a transition to a new home is very stressful to little puppies, so listen to the good advice you're getting here. I'm sure your vet would agree with the Nutrical.
