I have to Yorkie boys, one with ears up(Rowdy), on with ears down(Rexy) - and they have the same mom and dad!!! You can see them in my avatar.

We tried shaving and taping and neither worked, so we decided Rexy was beautiful, even with "down" ears! I do know that some people have had success, even at 6 months - which is kinda late.
