Don't be a stranger. I am positive that you can get through this! You seem like such a strong person and as the days go by, things will probably get better and better. I know that nothing can replace Sebastian but perhaps in the long run, you could get another Yorkie companion when the time is just right! It probably won't be the same but I'm sure you'll come to love the new puppy too when you get her/him! I hope things are getting better for you and please please stick around and post up pictures of Sebastian when ya get them!
