Smile Shaking going away....but still waiting to hear from vet

The food is actually called "Spot's Stew" made by Halo. I just fed her lunch, and this time I put it in the microwave for about 10 seconds prior to giving it to her....no shivering whatsoever! Also when she was shaking yesterday, I brought her into the bathroom and warmed her up with a hairdryer (we did this the other day after we gave her a bath and she seems to love it!). She stopped shaking when the warm (but not too warm) hairdryer was blowing on her. Wondering if it has to do with the coldness of the food, or her excitement? A friend of ours compared this with when we eat ice cream too fast and get those brain freezes....but right now Emma is doing great!

We are waiting to hear back from the vet. They did do some bloodwork on her Sunday and they said she was definitely not hypoglycemic. Can I assume they would have tested for everything else? However, the vet seemed sure of herself when she said there was probably no chance of internal bleeding....I want to ask her how she is so sure! And also why they didn't put her on any anti-inflammatory just in case?? Thanks for all your replies, we really appreciate it!!
