Hi Chattiesmom, I'd like to place an order for my lil' Roscoe for a lime green silk harness and lead. He is just 12 weeks old, 2.2 lbs, chest measurement (just behind front legs) is approx 9.5". How long is the lead? Are harnesses made with a little room to grow? How is payment handled? Thanks so much!
