Lillybelle has one-its called Petit Kong-its a blue, 3 tier rubber hollow toy,
(I
ve seen it in a ball shape too)that you fit the "Kong Stuff'n" treat into, and as they chew and flip it around, they can get tiny bits of the treat, or just try to lick inside it...she does love it. I got it at Bone Appetite in Tn.
